Lost white male cat with blue eyes, 10lbs. He has neurological damage so he walks in circles, is blind in one eye, and hard of hearing. He moves very slowly. His name is Baxter. May or may not respond to his name. Last seen at home on Burland St on 4/7 near Chatlotte High School and South County Regional Park. He never ventures off and is probably disoriented.
