A property management company is looking for employees who have skills such as painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing and other to do simple rental rehabs, extensive remodels and maintenance on occupied properties. We are also looking for employees who may not have these skills yet, but are looking to acquire them. Our requirements are that you must have reliable transportation, show up every day on time, be honest and have integrity, and be willing and able to learn. You must also pass a drug test before being hired. All of our properties/jobs are in the Indianapolis area.
