Dirt Removal - Backyard

Hello. Looking for some help removing some dirt from my yard. I have a pile of dirt you can see in the pic, but also would like to dig one additional inch down because I'm planning to have some turf installed. You can see the two areas in the pics. It's approximately 550 Square ft of space.
