This is a entry level position...We are looking for an entry level assistant to help with the daily work activities that include organizing tools, working on jobsCome be an assistant in our shop and learn the trade. Job Overview What we are looking for in a new team member: • Team player with a positive attitude • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable • Eager to learn and follow directions • Problem solver • Able to work independently Working Environment: Assistant Responsibilities: • Properly handle all tools and equipment. • Ensuring that all tools and equipment are in proper and safe working order. • Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures. • Maintain a safe environment within and around the shop. • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Other Duties/Responsibilities: • Communicating with their supervisor when they arrive on the job and during the job. • Organizing and maintaining vehicle for service work and jobs. • Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs. • Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior. Requirements: You must be able to meet the following requirements: • Valid Driver's license (For at least the past 3 years). • Clean driving record. • Legally and safely operate a truck, to run errands. • Speak fluent English. • Handle walking, bending, and stooping for long for long periods of time. • Be able to listen and follow verbal directions.
