Maintenance Assistant needed at a 90 unit apartment complex in Corning, CA. The assistant will work with the Head of Maintenance, repairing and maintaining the units and getting empty units ready for re-rent. Also will be mowing lawns when needed. We would prefer someone with some experience in maintenance. Plumbing and electrical experience a plus. Pay will start at $15/hour. Full time position.
