Skilled Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community Needed Do you love working for a small, close-knit community? Do you have property maintenance skills? Then Sierra Woods is the place for you! We are currently looking for a highly motivated, skilled maintenance technician to help serve our apartment community. Some of the daily job duties you will carry out are caulking, painting, appliance repair, plumbing, and carpet repair. We are looking for someone to join our team who has previous maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Someone who has high attention to detail, is self-motivated, has customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be on-call would be a great fit for the position.
