We have one position for an assertive, goal oriented person who can build rapport quickly and does not get intimidated easily. Do you want to be in control of your financial future? Good reps earn over $100,000, but you have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can follow up with leads. If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our process, you may be a good fit. You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the leads. This is a 100% commission with quality leads provided for you for free. Your average commission per deal will be several thousand dollars, sometimes much larger. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn in the process. We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps. Responsibilities - Manage leads in our company's database and follow up with prospects immediately. - Meet with distressed sellers who want to sell their house fast for cash. - Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed. - Must be able to follow company's closing sequence.
