O'Neil Property Management has a full or part time maintenance technician position available for an apartment management company in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area. Job duties include but not limited to the following. Prepare apartments between tenants Haul out furniture and items left behind Replace blinds Caulk tubs, counters, etc Replace ceiling fans Replace garbage disposals Check and replace exit lights, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers Treat for insect or rodent infestation Replace furnace filters Install sink fixtures and drains Lawn care as needed Must have a good driving record, be able to climb stairs, carry 50 lbs, climb ladders, work over your head, be able to work in heat. Must have good communication and organizational skills and good penmanship. Pay is based on experience. Hours are flexible.
