37 year old company is seeking crew members for our grounds maintenance operations. This is a position that is immediately available.
Applicants must have a drivers license. Since our company is small (but busy), you will be expected to perform a wide variety of tasks, including mowing, tree service, landscaping, irrigation, or tractor operations. Training will be provided where experience is lacking.
You need to have a positive and congenial attitude, with an intolerance for sloppy work and shoddy work habits. Cross, contrary, argumentative, or belligerent persons need not apply. We, in turn, offer the same conditions to our employees: a friendly working environment with guaranteed paycheck and guaranteed hours.
Hourly rate will be based on experience, but generally ranges from $11 for beginners to $15 or more. We pay time & 1/2 for overtime past 40 hours per week, and generally have overtime available each week. Weekly paychecks.
If you have a good drivers license but lack transportation, we have a bus stop in front of our office.
