Master Plumber - Underground Plumbing for Slab

I need a master plumber to pull a permit and complete underground plumbing for my metal warehouse in Missouri City. I need water and sewer run from the utility connections at the road to my building about 100 LF off the property line. I have attached a drawing that shows the location of the lines and can meet someone on-site to discuss the project.
