Here is the long and short. We just lost a guy on our crew. We have a job that just came through starting next week for around 12 weeks. This is a mercenary kind of position but the work is guaranteed. It's a home remodel gig: framing, rough-in, rafters... Please have at least some experience, tools, your own belt/harness and know how to use them. We have all the tools needed but... if you get it, you get it. $25-30/h depending on experience. Plus, the opportunity to work with an awesome old builder who makes amazing things. (not me haha) We are also a really chill, understanding, flexible, and easy-going crew. Have kids, art, family, pets, medical conditions that need attention from time to time? Just keep us informed and we are flexible. This is around 12 weeks of guaranteed work but we have LOTS of work coming in all the time. If we like working together there could certainly be lots of cool projects in it for you in the future. We have a 0 tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use at work. LIGHT and medicinal use weed is OK. No need to send me a resume.
