Hello - We are hiring a full-time Vacation Property Maintenance Manager for our downtown Charleston properties and company called YourPad Charleston. This position will take responsibility of 45+ properties for regular upkeep inspection and quality control. We are looking to hire this month, April, for immediate hire. Must live in downtown Charleston OR close proximity. We will want this to be a committed, serious position with opportunity for growth. Skills Needed: - Good Team Worker - Problem Solver - General Repairs - General Painting / Dry-wall Touch-Ups - 24/7 Communication - Positive Attitude - HVAC knowledge - Ability to Communicate with Vacation Guests - Good Mobility - Multi-Tasker Pay is negotiable but will be ~$30,000+ a year.
