Must Have knowledge in the Curtain Wall industry with the following qualifications: This position is responsible for supporting the Project Manager with execution of contract scope of work on projects. Project Coordinator will support multiple projects from submittal stage to close out using internal resources in the most efficient manner possible. Review and interpret construction documents and specifications for commercial construction projects. Preparation for submittals, review of shop drawings, procure material and organize projects. This position requires on site management. Core responsibilities: Maintain existing company relationships with Elicc personnel and build good relationships between company and suppliers, General Contractors, Owners, and Consultants. Understand material controlling within acceptable standards and prepare QAQC documents. Monitor shop fabrication to ensure quality processing of material is consistent with current project schedule and work flow. Communicate directly with the Project Foreman and Field Operations Manager to ensure timely receipt of information required to maintain project schedule. Assist with preparation of job cost breakdown and schedule of values after project is secured. Preparation of accurate detailed submittal packages (samples, drawings, etc) and submit in logical timely manner and track status of submission and approval. Scheduling delivery of materials to job site in logical manner that best utilizes labor force and available space and on time scheduling. Perform job site visits to ensure understanding of project status, work flow, potential problems and quality control. Discuss and coordinate issues with design/factory teams to ensure there is effective communication among the related departments to help solve installation problems on site. Managers may assign other tasks on as-need basis. Must BE bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English. 1 Year Glazing industry - with Construction background - Knowledge and understanding of reading Blueprints, AUTOCAD. Equipment handling Strong in communication and organizational skills Eligible to work in the US - sponsorship
