Position Title: Picker/Packer Wage: $11/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-4:30pm Do you have a passion for helping people? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Answer phones - Route phone calls to the applicable department when necessary - Sales order entry and process credit cards and Ecommerce orders - Review sales orders for accuracy - General office duties include filing, mailing, faxing, and etc. - Work with other members of the customer service department regarding specific company program Requirements: - High school diploma - Prior customer service experience (1-2 years) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent attention to detail and must be well organized - Must be dependable, punctual, have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills and be able to multitask and work beyond the job description QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
