Looking for water well construction crew worker to grow and build with the company to hire immediately. No experience necessary, will train. Just need to be willing to do labor and get dirty. Job duties include but not limited to shallow & deep well drilling, maintenance, yard work, concrete mixing/pumping, ditch digging and heavy lifting. Weekends off. Some (very rare) early morning/late night* shifts. Will start off as independent contractor with potential to grow into full time employee as team and company grows. Looking for competent, dependable, hard workers to eventually be able to run independently and help grow. Pay $13+ to be discussed based on experience and ability.
