My beloved calico has recently died of old age. She was always cared for and went to the vet whenever she was sick and had all her shots and medicines including Revolution flea spot that prevents heartworm. I think calicos are the smartest cats and form close emotional bonds with their human. For this reason, I would prefer a calico for my next cat. I don't mind paying rehoming fee if this assures you the kittens are going to people who will value them and love them. So if you are looking for homes for kittens and happen to have a calico (looks like she's made out of several other cats), please contact me.
