Valley Glass & Windows, Inc is looking to fill an Accounting and Inside Sales Support position as soon as possible. Position includes assisting the accounting department, including duties such as handling Accounts Receivable (generating invoices and statements), filing, and other related tasks. Position also involves answering phones, greeting and helping walk-in customers with over-the-counter sales, general customer service, generating window, door & hardware sales, and assisting the sales and service departments as needed. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and thorough follow-through a must. This position provides a wide variety of tasks and the ability to be a flexible and dynamic team player will be a great asset to our growing company.
