An amazing laundromat in The Bronx is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic laundry attendant/manager to fill a current vacancy. You will manage a shift where you will be responsible for, among other things: Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items. Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures. Tracking which items belong to which customer. Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and other items. Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment. Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times. Anticipating and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints. Helping Customers with Card machine as needed. Managing the use of the Dryers to prevent and resolve conflicts between customers.
