JOB PROFILE: Involves assisting a Fast-Dry Courts' Project Manager towards the successful completion of tennis and athletic court projects within budget, quality standards, time objectives and safety considerations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Physically work outdoors on tennis and sports courts with a Project Manager to complete assigned projects. Maintain high quality standards on all assignments as directed. Maintain a professional image and demeanor. Assist in maintaining all company equipment & tools. Maintain safe working conditions while on the job. KEY POINTS: Previous light construction or tennis court experience preferred. The ability to physically work on outdoor projects for extended periods of time. Experience with equipment typical to light construction. High level of attention to detail. SALARY DETAILS: Starting salary of $16/hr with 90 day salary review. 30 and 90 day probation periods. Ideal candidate speaks Spanish and/or Portuguese. Must have a valid drivers license with a minimum of 5 years driving exp.
