Our Company is seeking: One experienced and highly motivated Janitor for our Luxury Condominium in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience Condominium industry experience is preferred High School diploma, or GED equivalency Maintenance knowledge of painting, pressure washing, trash compactors, and landscaping, is a plus Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain both interior and exterior spaces; including work areas, lobbies, lounges, pool area, and chairs Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash, and waste to disposal area Prepare surfaces and perform painting projects as assigned Pressure clean common areas Light maintenance work COVID-19 precautions Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
