GROUNDSKEEPER NEEDED FOR BUSY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY (FORT LAUDERDALE) Compensation: NEGOTIABLE Employment type: Full-Time; 7:30am- 3:30pm We are a bustling property management office in search of a full-time Groundskeeper for immediate hire! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • All exterior grounds keeping of residential properties • Scheduled trash removal weekly and bulk trash removal monthly. • Occasional moving of furniture • Pressure cleaning of walkways, patios, etc. • Replacement of sprinkler heads • Check pool levels and fill up pools if needed. • Work truck maintenance Requirements: *Must have own transportation- Valid driver’s license, insurance and registration. *Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. *Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
