Now accepting resumes for a Full-Time maintenance position to rotate between a 150 unit apartment complex in Portsmouth and a 50 unit apartment complex in Dover. Experience required. Will perform routine maintenance including repair, unit turn-overs, painting, cleaning, grounds keeping and preventative maintenance. Need to be flexible; job does require rotating on-call between Dover and Portsmouth for snow removal and after-hours emergencies. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check. Must live within a reasonable distance for on call emergencies in Dover and Portsmouth properties.
