His regular job is working him a lot of overtime, plus he is experiencing some health issues. He needs to slow down. He is honest and we are honest. Looking for someone who is honest. Has alot of experience fixing and addressing various issues around a residential or commercial property. And is not above doing yard clean up. Tell me what you charge per hour and we will let you know if it is in range of our budget. We do conduct a criminal record history. We require a clean record.
