The St. Louis West KOA offers picturesque camping as it was meant to be - with lots of trees, a babbling creek, fireflies, and a campfire under a starlit sky located on Historic Route 66, less than 1 mile from Six Flags St. Louis and I-44. If you are interested, please apply at: www.keioutdoorjobs.com RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy • Communicate with all staff and management using Microsoft Teams • Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park • Proactive guest management to ensure positive environment for all guests • Coordinate with Guest Service staff for guest arrivals • Coordinate with Guest Service staff for problem resolution when applicable • Utilize creative problem solving skills • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the restroom facilities • Janitorial duties on all buildings at the campground • Cleaning and preparation of deluxe cabins and standard cabins including linens for guest arrivals • Laundry of linens for deluxe accommodations as needed • Complete various duties as assigned by manager which can include but are not limited to: light janitorial duties, assisting other departments in completion of tasks, overall support in daily performance of the campground. Requirements • Good customer service and communications skills • Ability to multi task and prioritize • Able to work with others and work independently • Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members • Communicate professionally and patiently • Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Actively communicate both verbally and written The working hours for this position will be Thursday - Monday with high activity on weekends and holidays. This is a part time position for the summer season running April through September with an expected 15-30 hours per week depending on the park occupancy. Starting pay of range of $13.50-$15.50 depending on the applicant's experience.
