Job Description Metes & Bounds is currently looking for a part-time maintenance position to join our team at our Greenwood Apartments in Wadena. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Qualified candidate must have own tools & transportation. This position is approximately 10 - 15 hours per week. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventative maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Complete monthly turnovers Removal of snow from sidewalks only Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to work independently Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Job Type: Part-time
