We are looking to fill a maintenance helper/office hybrid position. This position will be full-time with the option of living on-site with a rent concession and will be Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required at times but not usual.
Requirements:
Prior maintenance & painting experience preferred.
Prior customer service experience required.
Daily cleaning of common areas required.
Must be ok to be on your feet for most of the day and heavy lifting required weekly.
Must be ok with being on-call part-time. This would not start immediately.
Must be comfortable with heights.
Excellent customer service is a must as you will be dealing with our tenants & answering phones/emails during the day as well.
