We clean windows, gutters, and dryer vents mostly for upscale residential homes. We have thousands of repeat customers and the work is very stable. When things happen like the 2008 recession and COVID-19, people with large homes still need/want their windows cleaned. they hire companies they can trust to go into every room of their homes. It takes years to build a real company in this space. We offer our employees more than any other company in our space. We are open books, meaning that all of our numbers are completely transparent and posted for our employees to study. We provide a living wage, plus tips, plus a share of our profits! We have vans and fuel cards for our Crew Leaders. We have a relationship with my Alma Mater so that we can get you into an online College program where there are no costs for books or exams. You can earn a College Degree without spending a cent from your own pocket. We also have business training and we award a franchise territory to those who give three years of service. Our employees who have a good history with us get that without the big franchise fee. We have a business library and we even pay employees $25 per book to read and elevate themselves that way. Sometimes we get caught in rain but we provide raincoats and most often we can work on the inside until the rain subsides. We work in the heat of summer but we teach to work with and not against the sun, avoiding direct sunlight by starting on the right side of the building. We teach you to work smarter rather than harder. We provide the tools, uniforms, and everything you need to succeed. Our motto is "show up and good things happen". The environment couldn't be better most days, beautiful homes and settings every day is a new view. You see and learn of places in your city where you probably have not gone before. We do need your attendance to be great! We can work around schedules so long as you can be here, on time, on the days you are scheduled to work. You must plan for time off in advance. Certain times of the year time off is very difficult, others it is easy. Must be able to follow written instructions on work orders, have a clean driver's license, and an outgoing personality. Crew leaders are responsible to complete assignments and take payments from customers. You will learn to estimate jobs and work with a team. We need team players. As a Christian company, the Bible tells us that we should work with our hands, live simple life so that we are not dependent on others.
