Pit mix needing forever home

Looking for a forever home for a pit mix we took in in Janurary we were told he’s 2-3 ish. Fixed. We only took him in so he didn’t end up in the shelter as his first owners only wanted a small dog. He does fine with our dogs. He is on American Journey food. He’s on the flea pill from the vet. He walks wonderfully on a leash. He is potty trained and crate trained. He is a toy lover. He never has enough toys. Stuffies are his favorite ❤️ He absolutely needs a family that will love him and not treat him terribly. I believe his last owners beat him as he is skiddish if he hears yelling.. He’s great with our three small kids. He doesn’t mind our cats. He’s got the biggest heart. All he wants is love and attention. He sleeps with our kids when he gets the chance. He’s a talker for sure
