Learn how to properly place, reset and maintain bridges for violin, viola, cello and bass. Coffee/Juice and snacks while we all introduce ourselves. Discussion on function and placement of bridge. Discussion on neck angle and projection height. Discussion on bridge placement vertical and lateral placement. Discussion on String Notches shape, spacing, graphite. Discussion on string heights. Demonstration of how-to reset bridges on violin, viola, cello and bass. Demonstration on how to straighten bridges. Hands on workshop, each participant will be allowed/required to reset bridges using tools and techniques provided. Demonstration of how to cut a new bridge.
