Pineshine Farms (located in Saint James City) is looking for a farm hand and production assistant. Production duties include using machinery to package and weigh product, and inspect and palletize finished packages. Farm duties include everything from caring for animals to farm maintenance daily. Our ideal candidate will be able to work with limited supervision. This position involves vigorous and sustained outdoor work in most weather conditions, and with a variety of farm animals. Must have reliable transportation to and from the farm This position requires a candidate with an impeccable attendance record. If you have "called in sick" more than 2 times in the past 12 months do not apply. Qualified applicants will possess: Ability to lift 60lbs and to stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment Ability to work in a team environment Ability to adhere to strict quality control standards This is an entry-level position. THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION -
