Reiki 1 certification Reiki Level 1 Training “Learning Reiki is a good starting point for experiencing and working with healing energy and a wonderful method for deepening awareness of universal energy”. Reiki is a way to enhance and reawaken one’s natural ability to heal. Reiki 1 is an introductory class that provides the foundation for practicing Reiki, as well as its history, effects and benefits. You will study the energy centers of the body and are taught basic hand positions to utilize self-treatment and provide Reiki support to your family, friends, and pets. Reiki is a pure form of healing not dependent on individual talent or acquired ability. This class does not require any experience. Upon successful completion of this class a certificate will be awarded.
