We are looking for a Cannabis cultivator on a organic legal farm in Southern Humboldt. We need someone who has a great work ethic, a positive attitude and works well with a team. Job includes all aspects of cannabis cultivation: soil prep, transplanting, pulling tarps, watering, spraying organic pesticides, checking plants health, working on general infrastructure (waterlines, greenhouses..), keep record of measures when needed. +Must be 21 and over +Must have personal and work references +Must be able to pass background check +Have reliable vehicle, preferably AWD/4WD Candidates must be able to work long days in all weather conditions. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. You must be able to take directions, communicate and work well with others. You must be punctual, dependable and stable and can adjust with the changes and demands of the seasons. We are a happy and motivated team. We love the outdoors, the sun and the river a walk away.
