Rehoming our great presa canario

We have a beautiful 3 year old presa canario that we hate to re-home, HE is a great dog. Loves people. He is BIG so he must be watched when playing around smaller kids. Not because he's aggressive but because he is big and can knock them down. He gets a long with female dogs. Must be ONLY MALE. He is house broken and knows basic commands. He needs exercise. Please have experience with dogs like this. He is extremely smart and he knows that if you're not assertive with him he will try to get away with things. Reason we have to rehome is my daughter has eczema and is allergic to dogs, and we have keeping him outside especially since summer is coming.
