Job Description Established property management company seeking Grounds & Maintenance Technician. Full time, starting pay $15/hour. Duties include but not limited to: Grounds clean up and landscape care, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, snow removal, painting, carpentry and making apartments rent ready. Willing to train the right individual. We are looking for a hard working team member with a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills to serve our residents. Maintenance: • Perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, dry wall, appliance repairs, improvements, and other maintenance duties. • Perform all maintenance requests correctly and within the allotted time frame • Provide Property Manager with the initialed completed request with minimal call-backs. • Monitor apartment and townhome communities to insure that all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain standards for safety, quality, and overall company and tenant satisfaction • Perform sidewalk snow removal REQUIREMENTS Organization Ability to utilize technology Provide customer based service Desire to learn and acquire new skills Must pass a background check according to fair housing laws Valid driver’s license required. Minimum 2 years experience
