Hours: 12 hour rotating shifts on a 7-7 schedule Pay: $13 per hour to start Principle Accountabilities: Provides active leadership of safety Work within the Company’s core Values Ensure Environmental Compliance Help maintain housekeeping standards according to the OneCert Standard Operate within OneCert work instructions and procedures Inventory Control (Glue, cores, shrink wrap, tape) Ensure compliance to all company procedures. Train and provide guidance to other team members Maintain workmanship of all parents (breaks, core alignment, glue, labeling, unwind direction) Help maintain procedures for effective implementation of all processing activities. Maintain and review operations workflow and practices Assist in troubleshooting issues though-out the Paper Machine and reel section Perform related duties as assigned. Provides support for urgent issue as needed Ensures Safe Work Practices compliance Complete all checklist, inspection list, centerlines, and all procedures. Ensure all spec sheets and labels are being used properly for each grade Train team members (Fifth Hands) to qualify as a Fourth Hand Provide work request or information about faulty equipment/processes Qualify to be a Third Hand Qualified as a Fourth Hand Qualified on mobile equipment Communicate all process and safety items with their team leaders and other fourth hands Conduct Paper Quality Checks Maintain Paper Testing Equipment Lead the operations of the reel section. Reduce fire Risk in the reel section
