RAIN PLAN for Sunday, 4/11 This event is to pre-register for an indoor service only in the event of steady rain on Sunday. Pray for sunshine At ECV, we want to provide an in-person Sunday gathering rain or shine! In the case of rain, we will have an indoor service with limited seating. Due to the level of interest in these gatherings, we are allowing you to pre-register at two service times: 4pm or 6pm. This additional time is only in the case of rain and only if we need the extra capacity. This pre-registration website is for you to register for our gathering. NOTE: Your registration is not yet a ticket. Tickets will be released on Friday at the latest so stay tuned for that confirmation email. FYI: Please include EVERY person in your family when reserving your seats. Per the rules of First and Summerfield United Methodist Church (FSUMC), every person in attendance - including children of any age - has to wear a mask. Additionally, the seating capacity will be limited to allow for social distancing. Your pre-registration will help the staff plan. In the event that the pre-registration is full, we encourage you to still sign up for the waitlist. Please sign up. The earlier, the better. Then, you will hear more details from the staff on Friday. We are still working out the details of kids’ ministry for Sunday. Please go ahead and pre-register kids, and you’ll hear more details about what our plan for children will be this weekend.
