The Lilac Festival Wine Expo is BACK for those of you craving a safe and unique wine tasting experience. 21+ Only | Valid ID Required |Please Drink Responsibly| Masks Required When Not Seated No Children | Tickets good for one session only Join us to meet the creators of some of your favorite wine and enjoy some exclusive food pairings from some of our favorite local food vendors. This year, our event has many new and exciting changes. Please read through ALL of the details to ensure a smooth experience! Here is what to expect:The Wine Tasting Expo is back under our Special Events Tent in a socially distanced format. This year, no individual seats will be sold. Only unique experience packages will be available for tables of 2, 4, and 6. This experience also comes with your choice of a sharing plate, created to serve the number of people at your table. Wine Tasting ExpoTicketing System Walkthrough Video How it Works:Step 1. Choose Your Table Size: Our Special Events Tent is divided into 3 colored sections, corresponding with 3 separate entrances; Yellow, Blue, and Purple. This system is only to ensure efficient and safe-entry/exit of the Special Events Tent and does not affect the pricing of the ticket. All tables within the tent are placed 9" feet apart for proper social distancing. (See Tent Layout Below) Table Packages: -Table for 2 w/$25 Sharing Plate -Table for 4 w/$50 Sharing Plate -Table for 6 w/$75 Sharing Plate You will be able to pick your included sharing plate later on in the checkout process. Step 2. Add Ons (Want More Food? Leave a Gratuity?) This next section is for those of you who think you may want to add additional food choices separate from the included sharing plate. Any food you choose from here will incur an additional charge on top of the ticket price. Remember, you will be able to pick your included sharing plate later on in the checkout process. Our food vendors will be working hard to provide you with this unique experience! Show them some love by choosing a suggested gratuity based upon your table size! 3. Get Tickets Button The Orange GET TICKETS button will then take you to the map that will automatically assign your group to a table, based on the package you picked. Purchasing more than one table? The system will assign those tables next to each other if possible. *Note: The ticket will assign you a seat number, but that is actually your table number. Step 4. Checkout Follow the Checkout Questions to secure your ticket! Sharing Plates: You can choose 1 of these 4 options for your table -Wraps On Wheels (Customizable Wrap Trays w/Chicken Tenders and Fresh Fruit) -Bay Vista Taqueria (Chips, House-Made Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, and Guacamole. Chicken & Cheese Rolled Tacos, Jalapeno Poppers, and Bang-Bang Shrimp) (Chips and Salsa are Gluten Free) -Macarollin (Mac and Cheese Variety Platter and Desserts) (Vegan Options Available) -Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza (Assorted Focaccia + Charcuterie Platter) Step 5. Arriving at Event: When you arrive at the Special Events Tent, you will see the three separate entrances (Yellow, Blue, Purple). Your entrance will be designated on your ticket, based upon the color section you picked during the purchase process. There will be a line for you to scan your QR code ticket, as well as an ID check. Please note, you cannot enter the tent until your entire party is present.
