I have experienced struggle in reconciling how I can be a "perfect helper" and a "struggling human." This project came to me after sitting with so many clinicians struggling with this same journey. I want to be a support to my community in Lubbock and the community of helpers as a whole. I believe honest reflection with others is a beautiful way to challenge our old patterns and see who we can grow into as professionals and individuals, and I intend this weekend to be an opportunity to slow down and focus on healing and growing ourselves.
