We support a friendly, team based environment with both service technicians in the field, and customer service support staff in the office. Stop working all day; only to work at night sending out invoices, chasing customers and paying bills. We just want our technicians to concentrate on taking care of the customers and doing a great job. It's time to balance life and work. DRIVE A COMPANY TRUCK, NOT YOUR OWN. $52,000+/year Ideal candidates will have: 1. A strong background in and be well skilled in all phases of home repair and maintenance. *Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Drywall repairs, Sprinkler and irrigation repair, appliance troubleshooting and repairs...ETC. 2. Be customer service oriented; self disciplined and able to manage their daily activities to maintain a work schedule. Will also support a team approach to service delivery and work well with other members. 3. Be able to provide the high level of customer service and satisfaction we have come to be known for. 4. Have a neat appearance without visible tattoos/piercings. Hair will be groomed and appropriate for the tasks performed. 5. Must be an effective communicator, fluent in the English language & computer/technologically capable. 6. Have a valid AZ driver's license & clean driving record free of any DUI or major moving violations. 7. Be insurable; have no criminal background and be drug free. 8. Be physically fit and capable of work in varying environments. 9. Be reliable, trustworthy and committed to safety. 10. Able to pass a background investigation and drug screen & be a NON SMOKER. 11. Reside in the North, Central or West Valley as that is where the majority of our work is located. 12. Be willing and able to work full daytime hours to complete assigned work. May require occasional weekend or after hours work as needed. 13. Willing to work a schedule that may include weekends and/or "on call" scheduling. 14. Technicians are paid based on time billed to customers. Technicians are expected to work a minimum of 35 hours per week. Overtime is paid for hours billed over 40 per week.
