Childbirth 101 will be a mini childbirth education class that will cover pregnancy into early labor. More classes to follow! Childbirth 101 will cover the basics sounding pregnancy into early labor. This class will be a full 2 hours of birth related information to help prepare you for what to expect before you go to the hospital. Class 2, will go over comfort measures and what to expect once at the hospital and through birth. There are 4 classes all together in this series but feel free to come to one or as many as you can. The info does build on each other, but each class is still great individually.
