looking to hire handyperson 1-2 days/week

i am looking to hire a handy-person consistently for 8-16 hours a week depending on your availability. some of the tasks will include: -light plumbing repair (replacing faucets, installing sinks, etc.) -light electrical (replacing outlets, fixtures, etc.) -going into crawlspaces/attics to install bathroom fan/dryer ductwork -landscaping (help installing turf, pavers, concrete, irrigation, etc) -painting -building fencing -light appliance repair (replacing disposals, fuses, etc) -washing/waxing trucks and equipment I manage 30 something rental properties scattered around the south bay and up to Fremont and need a second set of hands to handle some of the smaller repairs. Some of the projects, you will be working alongside me while other times, I will be delegating work and trusting the job will be done to a level of high quality. The person we hire must be english speaking, professional, your own tools/vehicle and must have a positive attitude. If interested, please reply to this ad in the following numbered format.
