Busy construction company is looking for a shop manager, daily duties to include: Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management and logistics Track inventory and equipment coming in and going out of the shop Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed Keep warehouse/shop inventory stocked/order more materials as needed Keep warehouse/shop clean and organized Communicate with field employees, management and the office Service job sites for necessary deliveries and refuse trailer dumping Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures Organizational skills are a MUST Clean driving record Previous inventory and warehouse experience is preferred. Full time, Monday-Friday work 7am-4pm, year-round. Simple IRA and health benefits offered after probationary period. Plenty of room to grow the position and within the company.
