Actively support company initiatives in words and actions. - Excellent communication skills, understanding the importance of timely and complete communication to all who are impacted by a decision. - Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to set and adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimum direct supervision while effectively handling several projects at one time. - Inventories product as required, assessing product received - Pulls, stages, and loads deliveries/shipments according to Company specifications - Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, vehicles, and site facilities - Operates forklifts in the warehouse in safe and proper manner - High standards of accuracy and professionalism, with good attendance and the ability to work longer hours as needed. - Demonstrate excellent job performance in productivity, quality & attendance. Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Has a professional manner at all times - Necessary to have strong communication skills - Must have own transportation to get to and from work - Lifting requirements 50 lbs+ - Must be fluent in English. Must be able to read and write English. Spanish is a plus Physical Demands: - Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and twist without restrictions. - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. - Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. several times a shift - Will be required to climb on and off a forklift numerous times a shift. Working Conditions and Environment: - Warehouse environment may be warm/cool/dusty. - Sometimes exposed to outdoor environment. - Works near moving equipment and machinery. - Must be flexible regarding work schedule as requirements often change due to business demands.
