Ready to Drink Coffee Brand is looking for an energetic and positive team member in Colorado Springs to support their full time sales team, retailers, and distributor partners with field sales, merchandising, and event activation. Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $18.50/hr (W2 position, we pay every Friday via direct deposit or check) Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hours- Part time (around 20 per week) pretty flexible with scheduling Responsibilities: • Traveling (mostly driving) to assigned locations within designated area. • Maintaining actionable weekly communication with direct manager. • Performing Retail Store Visits o Properly checking in per retailer requirements. o Introducing yourself or following up with appropriate store managers to start new or build on current relationships o Upselling products per the company’s local strategy including but not limited to: § Discount promotions § Product launches § Retailer launches § Distributor launches § Activation goals § Gaining additional points of disruption in-store § Communicating orders, re-orders, new placements, and successes to sales manager or appropriate distributor reps. § Merchandising current and new placements/displays in-store § Packing out deliveries and/or backstock § Placing new and replacing old POS § Building racks and shippers § Placing coupons § Ensuring best in class retail execution o Reporting results and pictures of all store visits into company CRM, Shelvspace o Sharing success stories, unique experiences, and photos in company slack channels. o Executing Company Events including but not limited to § Retail Activations • Pouring demos • BOGO’s • Customer Appreciation Days • Educational Events § Consumer Events • E.g., Farmer’s Markets, 5ks, Obstacle Races § Guerrilla Samplings • High foot traffic inner city areas, parks, etc. Requirements: • High energy and positivity • Personable and outgoing • Strong communication • Problem solving skills • Flexible availability for rolling schedules. • Ability to lift 40 lbs at a time • Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle
