Description
We are an established and growing septic company looking for someone who is detail oriented, a team player, self-starter, and willing to learn and grow with our company. Experience within the septic industry or relevant work history is a must. We are looking to hire someone with septic maintenance experience who is licensed within Snohomish and King County or has the ability to obtain those licenses as well as the ambition, communication skills, and knowledge to run a crew. Pay is negotiable and is dependent on your experience (standard range is $16-$23), increased pay comes with obtaining Licenses / Certifications. You must be physically able and healthy to perform manual labor, properly lift 50 pounds by yourself, use small power tools safely, dig with a shovel, able to operate a mini excavator and other small equipment, have a valid driver license, pass a drug test and background check.
Job Duties:
- Assist lead technician or Master Installer with installation, diagnosing and repairing septic systems.
- Assist in performing general and routine maintenance on septic systems.
- Work as a member of a team, possess effective leadership skills to help guide a crew through completing jobs in an efficient and safe manor.
- Stocking parts onto trucks, cleaning out trucks at the end of the day.
- Effectively communicating with customers and educating them about their septic system.
Schedule:
- We have a start time of 7am each day. Occasionally an earlier start time may be required.
- The stop time for each day is not set and does fluctuate. We generally schedule our day to be completed by 6pm, however exceptions occur.
- The job does require occasional weekend and evening work.
