House Cleaner needed for Real estate investor

I am a extremely busy real estate investor who fix/flips houses thru out Polk county and surrounding areas. Once I’m done, i need a cleaning person to do a market ready clean also take pics for me once done. Will have to do minor touch up paint, some caulking if we missed something. nothing major. All the homes have been completely remodeled, no furniture. Must be reliable and trustworthy. References are a plus. I’m also looking for someone to visit homes that we are potentially going to buy. I can pay per house u visit. Take a few photos and send to me. It allows me to make a wise decision on purchasing it and the pics will help decide that.
