Beware of this man rehoming pets

Watch out for this man & do not give him any kittens or puppies or adult pets! He claims to be a rescues & picks up kittens/puppy’s weekly and then blocks everyone. There are two people who stated they give him a mother dog and cat and he kept the baby’s and let the mother go In front of the home they picked them up at. He is using helpless kittens/puppies for bait I believe. There are tons of people who have proof of this and communication. This is all I saved from the post before it was removed. This is Lakeland Florida.
