I'm a older Caucasian man who wants a Female to live in my home. You will have your own bedroom but will share the one bathroom in the house. I live alone. I want a girl who is good with animals, in my case a Dog. I plan to travel now that I've been vaccinated and in exchange for taking care of the Dog while I'm away your rent would be free. Please, I'm a very picky person and you must consider I require a clean person to live in my home. No cigarette smokers. You must be a quiet person and no visitors please. I will hire someone to take care of the yard but if you can keep the house clean that would be a plus. There's Wi-Fi here and as you know most people just stay in their bedroom most of the time, the room you will be using is completely furnished perfect for a Female. Please, I don't want a drug addict or alcoholic living here. The Dog stays inside most of the time so all you need to do is let her in and out when she needs to go to the bathroom. Also, you can play with her for exercise by throwing the fetch toy. Again, you must like taking care of Dogs, one Dog. Give it some thought and if you feel this would be a good fit for you then just send me a recent picture of yourself and a little information about yourself. We can setup a day and time for you to stop by and take a look at the house, also spend a few minutes with the Dog to see if this situation will work for both of us.
