CWMCA Artists-in-Residence Spotlight: Carehaus Codesign Picnic Discussion with Marisa Morán Jahn and Rafi Segal Artist and care advocate Marisa Morán Jahn, architect Rafi Segal, and developer/urban planner Ernst Valery invite community members to help codesign Carehaus, the United States’ first intergenerational care-based co-housing project — and how Carehaus can help solve Houston’s care crisis and housing challenges. Attendees should bring their own chairs or blanket along with picnic necessities (food, beverage, etc.). Presented by the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts in conjunction with the Blaffer Art Museum at the University of Houston.
