Description
SALEM, MA — All veterans regardless of age, as well as their spouses and caretakers, are eligible for the coronavirus vaccination at a pop-up clinic Monday at the Mayor Jean Levesque Community Life Center on Monday.
The clinic runs from 1 to 3:30 p.m. and is open to all reserve, National Guard, public health officers, NOAA, Coast Guard and academy cadets regardless of active status or discharge status through the "Save Lives" law. Caretakers and spouses of veterans — including widows — are also eligible.
Spouses and caretakers will need to provide the last four numbers a veteran's social security number to register. No additional documentation is necessary.
